Directions

First of all mix together the Flour, milk and eggs in a bowl. Secondly in a hot Skillet put olive oil and sauté the all the vegetables (Zucchini, Capsicum, Broccoli and Mushrooms) and keep aside. Sauté the Asparagus separately and add to the vegetable. In the Skillet sauté the chopped Onion and sprinkle over the sautéed Vegetables. In the same Skillet sauté the diced Plum Tomatoes for two to three minutes and mix together with the vegetables. In an Ovenproof round dish, lay the sautéed vegetables and mix well with salt and pepper, rosemary dried leaves and 1/4 teaspoon allspice powder.

At last pour over the flour, eggs and milk mixture and mix thoroughly. Then add this flour mixture on the vegetables and mix well. Bake the content in moderate Oven for 40-45 minutes. When it is cooked insert skewer or knife to see that comes out clean, and then the Quiche is cooked properly. Remove from the oven and keep aside to cool for 10 minutes and cut into wedges and serve.

Thanking our Lord: Lord we thank you for all your blessings on us. Lord we thank you for this new recipe, which is introducing to our brothers and sisters. Lord, Let all of us always value of Your blessings which You have given to us.

Dear brothers and sisters,

When we prepare this dish remember our brothers and sisters in Iraq, Syria and elsewhere in the Middle East. They are the most ancient Christians in the world. Even in the time of St. Paul the Christians were there in Syria and Chaldea. St Paul also got the baptism in Damascus. See, the Iraqis and Syrians are suffering and bears the persecutions for all of us. Most of them never disgrace the name of Jesus but accepted death for his glory. They were suffered many days without food and shelter. I have seen one video about the dropping of food from the air planes of US and other European countries for the isolated Christians and Yezidis on the mount Sinjar and other places. This kind of incidents may open our eyes to gain strength in case to face such situation comes for us.

Let all of us hats off to all those who were killed in Iraq and other countries for their faith in Christ Jesus. They all are martyrs and are interceding for us. Let us pray for all these persecuted Christians when we eat and drink.
